Terms & Conditions

By registering for Gee's Gymnastics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Term Structure & Booking 

Classes run in 8-week blocks and may include half term weeks (unless stated otherwise).

The only scheduled breaks during the year are the summer and Christmas holidays (dates will be confirmed in advanced).

Booking is for the full term block, not individual sessions.

Payment secures your child's place in the class for the duration of the block.

Payments & Refunds​

All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the term unless otherwise agreed.

Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Missed classes (including those due to illness, holidays or other personal commitments) are not refundable, credited, or carried forward.

No discounted rates are available for planned absences.

Cancellations by the Club

In the event that a session must be cancelled by Gee's Gymnastics due to unforeseen circumstances, a make-up session will be offered where possible.

If the club is required to close for an extended period, alternative arrangements will be communicated.

​

Class Information

Classes run for up to 50 minutes.

Children may attend 1-2 classes per week depending on booking.

​

Drop & Go Policy

Parents/guardians are not permitted to stay in the hall during class.

A valid emergency contact number must be provided and the parent/guardian must remain reachable during the session.

Health & Safety

Parents/guardians must inform Gee's Gymnastics of any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs prior to participation.

Grip socks must be worn at all times.

Hair must be tied back and suitable clothing must be worn.

Jewellery must be removed.

Behaviour

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

Gee's Gymnastics reserves the right to refuse participation if behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive. No refund will be given in such circumstances.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, participation is at the parent/guardians own risk.

Gee's Gymnastics cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss of property, except where caused by proven negligence.

Media Consent 

From time to time, photos and/or videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes, including use on social media, the website, and marketing materials.

If you would prefer for your child not to appear in any photographs or videos, you must notify Gee's Gymnastics in writing at the time of registration or as soon as possible thereafter.
