Important Information

Assumption of Risk

I understand that gymnastics, involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions and physical injury. I acknowledge that while Gee's Gymnastics takes all reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment, accidents may occur. 
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child's participation.

Child's Responsibilities 
I agree that my child will:
Follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by Gee's Gymnastics staff.
Not participate if under the influence of intoxicants or medication that may impair safety.

Medical Fitness & Emergency Treatment

I confirm that my child is physically fit to participate.
I will inform Gee's Gymnastics of any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs that may affect participation.
In the event of an accident or emergency, I authorise Gee's Gymnastics and its staff to seek medical treatment for my child if I cannot be contacted immediately.

Limitation of Liability

I release Gee's Gymnastics, its staff, coaches, and representatives from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

Personal Property
I understand that Gee's Gymnastics is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belonging brought to class.

Agreement
By completing registration and/or making payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and all Terms & Conditions of Gee's Gymnastics.
